I regularly report how proud I am of the children and today it is time to be proud of the teachers! As a senior leadership team we regularly spend time in classrooms. We enjoy chatting with the children and seeing them learning first-hand. This also allows us to monitor the standards of teaching and learning across the school.
This week we have been wowed by practical and purposeful lessons. Teachers delivered maths lessons with children calculating with coins, English lessons which gave children the opportunity to write ‘survival guides’, and hidden numbers in multiplication sequences. I am so grateful to our dedicated team who work so hard for your children. Thank you team MPS – you are fab!
